Short, because the product is simple

Tote lets AI assistants browse stores and build carts. It hands you a checkout link; the purchase itself happens on the store's own website, under the store's terms. We are not the seller, we never process payment, and orders, shipping, returns, and refunds are between you and the store.

Store data (products, prices, availability) is read live from stores and verified frequently, but stores change constantly. The price at the store's checkout is always the price that counts.

Don't use Tote to harm stores (scraping floods, fraud, resale bots). We rate-limit and we ban abusive callers.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty, while in beta. We may change or discontinue features. These terms may update as the product grows; material changes will be noted here.
