No. Every flow ends at a checkout link you open and complete on the store's own site. Tote never sees, touches, or stores payment details. That is a property of the code, not a promise.
Any Shopify or WooCommerce store works with no setup from the merchant, that is roughly 7 million storefronts. Best Buy works through its official API, and more marketplaces are on the way.
The Claude connector works without one to start. For the REST API and higher volume you mint a free key on the keys page and pass it as a bearer token.
We log call volume only: which tool, which store, success or failure, and latency. We never log what you search for or what you buy, and we never sell data.
